Installing the Oak Zoom app Before following the steps below, make sure you're logged into Zoom with the account you'd like to use with Oak. • Open your Zoom app and click on the Apps icon • Search Oak and click Add • Confirm permissions, click Authorize If successful, you will be redirected to the Oak login page (if not already logged in). Once logged in, you will be taken to the Account Integration page and see the integration status as "Connected." Connect your Zoom Account to Oak Prerequisites: 1. You must have an Oak account before integration. 2. The Zoom account being registered must have permissions to record and store recordings. How to Connect: • Click the Connect button on the Account Integration page in Oak https://static.wixstatic.com/media/407c79_9785667e42624ea6a3baa631a24b437d~mv2.png • You will be directed to the Oak app download page to complete the integration process • After installation and integration, you will be directed to the Account Integration page • Confirm the status is "Connected" Getting Started with the Oak App in Zoom To use: • Launch a Zoom meeting • Click the "recording" button to start recording your session • After the meeting ends, Oak will process the new recordings. • Visit the Oak home page to check the status of the recording being uploaded. https://static.wixstatic.com/media/407c79_1c205a23210640489ddf1877268930c2~mv2.png Managing Your Zoom Account Deactivate Zoom Account: • Temporarily deactivate the Zoom integration by clicking the Deactivate button. • You can change this setting anytime to determine if meetings during a specific period should be processed.
