Is there a free trial?
Yes. Oak offers a 7-day free trial on PRO and TEAM. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing cycles anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my monthly minutes?
You'll get a notification as you approach your limit. Once exceeded, transcription pauses until your next cycle resets — or upgrade your plan instantly to keep going.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Monthly minute pools reset at the start of each billing cycle and don't roll over. If you regularly need more, upgrading your plan or switching to annual is the most cost-effective option.
How is billing handled?
Billing is monthly or annual, charged automatically to your card on file. Invoices arrive by email after every successful charge. Annual saves up to 30%.
