Our story

Tools that finally hear us.

Every transcription tool we tried treated Cantonese as an afterthought. Mid-sentence English would crash the model. Local slang would come out as nonsense. Bilingual teams were stuck doing manual notes — or pretending the meeting happened in one language.

We built Oak because the way our teams actually talk deserved better. Cantonese-first. Code-switching as a default. Voice Memory because you shouldn't have to re-tag your colleagues every Monday.
